Live Show Artist Registration Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Live Show, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.  

• The Artists that are registering or performing at the Live Shows are known as the "Artists".

• NuStream Entertainment LLC is the show promoter and is known as the "Company"

• The "Headliner" is the Artist that is getting paid to perform at the show.

• The Artist must submit samples of their live performances for review and approval prior to registering for the Live Show.

• All Artists that are approved for performing at the show must register by the registration deadline to perform at the show. There will be no exceptions. 

• The Artist who is selected to perform at the show agrees to promote the Live Show & Live Streaming Show on their social media and others.  

• The Headliner will receive 50% of the payment for performing at the show before the show, and 50% upon arrival at the show. The Headliner must provide the electronic payment method and electronic payment username when registering to get paid.

• The Artist must be 18 years or older to register and perform at the show.

• The Artist who performs at show must perform original music that they own the rights to.

• The Artist warrants that all information submitted for show registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any way, including their identity, age, or any other required information that is submitted for the show registration.

• The Artists are responsible for all expenses associated with their show performance.

• The Artist is responsible for their own safety and security while performing at the show and traveling to and from the show, and entering and exiting the show. The Artist agrees to hold the Company and any third parties associated with the show harmless for any injuries, damages, losses or death that may occur. 

• Any performances that could damage the venue or inflict harm on anyone at the venue will be removed from the venue and be subject to legal action if required.

• The Artist will indemnify the Company, and any third parties associated with the show from any liability or damages which might arise due to the infringement of copyrights and other ancillary copyrights by third parties as a condition of registering and / or performing at the event.

• The Artist guarantees that they will follow all applicable international laws which are under civil rights, and thus not discriminate against sex, race, religion, age, physical limitation, and national origin.

• The Artist grants the Company the full commercial rights to use the content from the Live Show, Live Streaming of the show as well any other supporting media, and likeness from the Live Show or live streaming of the show or related events. The Artist also agrees that they will receive no compensation for these commercial rights.

• The Artist also agrees to hold the Company harmless for any unauthorized use of the content by any 3rd party. The Artist will need to resolve this directly.

• If judges are involved within a contest, the decision of the judges is final. The contest agrees to abide by the judge's decision.

• If there is prize money awarded, it will be distributed to the winning contestants within 15 days after the end of the particular Live Show.

• If the Artist is not able to except the prize within 10 business days, NuStream Entertainment reserves the right to award the prize to another Artist.

• Prizes awarded are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

• The Company reserves the rights to substitute prizes if needed.

• The Artist agrees to hold NuStream Entertainment harmless for any prizes offered by a third party that are not delivered.  The Artist will need to work directly with the 3rd party to resolve the prize distribution.

• The Artist agrees that the Company is not liable for the malfunction of the website or any technical issues that may occur during the live show, streaming of the live show, or contest, which includes intervention by a third party, hacking, or any other reason.

• The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

• The Company reservice the right to cancel or postpone the Live Show and Live Streaming of the show.

• The Artist agrees to resolve any issues that may occur through mediation.
